THANKFUL for making it thru a scary weekend

here's the scoop....
I saw a small amount of d/c on Friday ( which is how my m/c started last year) and called the on call RN who advised me to come in just to be checked. I am so glad that I did. I was having contractions 2-3 minutes apart and FELT NOTHING AT ALLL. After 2 shots of meds the contractions stopped and I've just been here at the hospital for monitoring and for antibiotics. I had a UTI, which could have been the cause of the contractions or it could have been my 3 fibroids aggravating the uterus. My cervix was perfect and the cerclage is still in place and working great. This was just a REALLY scary weekend since tomorrow is exactly 1 yr since my last miscarriage. Madison is fine and busy as ever and we should be discharged tomorrow. I just thank God for his awesome power and grace. We are staying in faith and being reminded of Gods word and his promise to us!!!!

Israel Houghton sings “ where would I be if not for your grace…carrying me in every season…where would I be if not for your grace…you came to my rescue and I want to thank you for your grace….

PSALMS
PSALM 46
God is our refuge and strength—He dwells in his city, doeth marvelous things, and saith: Be still and know that I am God.
1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
6 The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
8 Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
